Report to Top Management on QMS performance and where improvements are needed.
Ensure all company procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
Ensure that Quality internal audit findings and recommendations are rectified and implemented.
Plan and co-ordinate gap analysis exercises and provide advice on bridging the gap.
Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks.
Monitoring production process from cut to pack and ensure product quality as per customer requirements.
Managing existing vendors to ensure quality of material at vendor premises.
Monitoring reverse supply chain and executing Shop return and customer return.
Ensure the delivery of a high quality end product.

• Conduct risk assessment audit and develop corrective action plan.
• Develop and Implement Occupational Health & Safety Management Policies and Procedures.
• Conducting Employee training related to Health & safety, First Aid, Fire Fighting.
• Design and update Emergency Evacuation Plan of all department
• Implement Code of Conducts of different buyers.
• Conduct Internal Quality Audits (ISO 9001:2008).
• Develop and implement ISO 9001:2008 Procedures.
• Ensure effective implementation of aisle in all working areas.
• Responsible for monitoring and taking corrective action against violations.

• Ensures manufacturing process comply with customer quality standard.
• Perform process audits and record nonconformity.
• Performing monthly analysis of nonconformity and submit report to quality head.
• Check finished goods as per customer’s requirement prior to shipment.
• Deliver training's to quality control team and communicate customer expectations.
